President
Mark directs the powerful resources of all five Kenmark corporations to address individual client and partner needs. He oversees the development and marketing of residential and commercial projects built by Kenmark, as well as assuming a lead role in the fulfillment of numerous corporate real estate engagements. As founder and President of Kenmark, Mark brings over 30 years of leadership experience and has committed his career to changing how the real estate service model is viewed and delivered. Mark is also the Event Chairman for the Navy SEAL Foundation, SEAL Tribute and Celebration in Half Moon Bay.
Chief Executive Officer
Bruce specializes in creating and implementing sophisticated real estate strategies for the acquisition, leasing, development, financing, construction, and disposition of high profile and complex real estate projects. Bruce’s strategies form the foundation for creative and realistic plans designed to enhance project value and reduce investor, partner, and shareholder risk. Prior to Kenmark, Bruce served as a real estate attorney and general counsel for various corporations including some of the country’s largest development companies.
Vice President
Wayne has more than 18 years experience in managing corporate, real estate and technology clients. His career includes profit/loss management positions in information technology support, real estate, construction, and facilities, as well as major project management successes. Among his many roles at Kenmark, Wayne is currently responsible for the on-site management and operation of Echelon’s corporate campus in San Jose.
Regional Property Manager
Marina brings over 15 years of property management experience, including some of San Francisco’s most notable buildings. Currently, Marina has responsibility for Kenmark’s corporate headquarters located in the Tiffany building, Union Square. From the top floor, Marina manages over 100,000 square feet for private investment group clients.
Control Systems Engineer
Richard is a computer scientist and building controls engineer with more than 12 years experience with distributed process control development interface design and system analysis applied to the development and integration of innovative building controls systems. His expertise encompasses real-time, web-based, and networked process control. Richard has successfully implemented Kenmark’s most innovative energy managemnt systems and oversees Kenmark’s Building Operations Center.
Director, Development & Marketing
Caitlin J. Russell is the Director of Development & Marketing for Kenmark Real Estate Group. In addition to working on the acquisition, entitling, permitting, and other multifarious processes involved in land use and real estate development, Caitlin works closely with the Kenmark Construction team. Additionally, her position as marketing director affords her the opportunity to play a principal role in the promotion of Kenmark’s residential sites throughout the Bay Area.
Caitlin began at Kenmark in 2006. She earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of San Francisco, and a master’s degree in urban and regional planning from San Jose State University.
Vice President, Finance & Administration
Lauren R. Russell is the Vice President, Finance & Administration for Kenmark Real Estate Group. Lauren oversees the general and administrative operations for the Kenmark Companies, including accounting, tax, human resources, information technology and risk management. She is also responsible for the financial forecasting and analysis associated with various Kenmark development projects, and Ocean Colony Partners long-range planning.
Lauren began at Kenmark in 2008. Her career prior to 2008 was spent in large-cap corporate finance (Intel Corporation and Genentech, Inc.), where she worked as an analyst in multiple capacities supporting enterprise services and general and administrative groups. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Oregon State University, and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Arizona.
Administrative Assistant
Chelsie Carney holds exceptional skills as our administrative assistant at Kenmark’s Half Moon Bay campus. Her background in real estate and property management has allowed her to become a valuable member of the Kenmark team. She has 17 years of customer service and enjoys being the smiling face that greets our clients.
Controller
In his position as Controller for both the Ocean and Old Course, Oliver Javier offers Kenmark over 14 years of experience in the golf industry. Prior to his career at Kenmark, Oliver worked as a revenue manager in the hotel industry where he managed over 50 employees and controlled an annual revenue of over $25 million. Oliver has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Philippine School of Business Administration.
Among her many roles at Kenmark, Julie is responsible for office management at the Half Moon Bay campus. With over 15 years of business management at NASA Ames Research Center, Julie has a broad base of knowledge in facility management and customer service. She is instrumental in helping the company work to achieve the highest standards of excellence in service delivery.
