This handsomely designed 2 story building was constructed by Kenmark in 2001. Kenmark contributed to the design and entitlement strategies that helped this project get underway, while our construction group and skilled carpenters built the complex from the ground up. Beautiful lobby finishes and high quality tenant improvements were added by our in-house design and construction teams. Today, this building has a reputation as one of the area’s finest office locations. Wavecrest Corporate Center is now the home of Kenmark’s mid-peninsula operations as well as other professional services companies.
