Kenmark is implementing development strategies that will secure the final permits for the construction of 32 single-family homes. This handsomely designed 2 story building was constructed by Kenmark in the years 2000-2001. Kenmark contributed to the design and entitlement strategies that helped this project get underway, while our construction group and skilled carpenters built the complex from the ground up. Beautiful lobby finishes and high quality tenant improvements were added by our in-house design and construction teams. Today, this building has a reputation as one of the area’s finest office locations. This 5-acre retail shopping center site in San Bruno features a successful and locally popular grocery store, but the rest of the center has suffered for many years with severely underperforming, in-line retail. The existing ownership partnered with Kenmark to redevelop the site with single family homes and a vibrant grocery store. Now in the final stages of the approval process, Kenmark anticipates construction to begin on 27 homes in 2006.
