The new Taube-Koret Campus for Jewish Life (TKCJL) is a $300 million campus of thirteen buildings houses cultural and fitness centers as well as about 180 residents in Palo Alto, California. Ownership decided early in the process that they wanted LonWorks® controls as a way of simplifying building management, but that they needed some help with the design, specification and commissioning of the technology. Kenmark Controls was the technology advocate brought in during early planning of this project. A major portion of the work involved educating the team about LonWorks® technology. This ambitious project integrates security, irrigation, A/V and generators into lighting and HVAC control.
