When development sites are limited it takes a creative eye to see the potential of redeveloping existing property. In a joint venture partnership with a major local landowner, Kenmark processed the development of this three acre underutilized site for the construction of a 100,000 square foot office complex. The development plan consisted of a 75,000 square foot, 3-story building and a 25,000 square foot, 2-story building. Parking will be both surface and underground.
