For over 15 years, Kenmark has managed Monterey Peninsula’s premier commercial complex,  the Monterey Commerce Center.  Located in the Ryan Ranch Business Park, this property boasts approximately 104,000 sf of first class office and R&D/flex space.  Throughout Kenmark’s tenure as the owner’s representative and asset manager, we have been responsible for the physical oversight and management of the property, leasing and marketing strategies, multiple lease and other contract negotiations, the coordination of several large scale tenant improvements and capital upgrade projects, and the administration of multiple types of leases.  Additionally, Kenmark has provided all bookkeeping, reporting and planning/forecasting, and other administrative oversight for the ownership entity as well as the affiliated owners association.  The property has space available for lease and is also actively for sale.
