The shopping center is professionally managed by Kenmark and the scope of work includes the day-to-day physical oversight of multi-tenant retail site operations, rent collection and requests for service; management of on-site janitorial, maintenance  and security staff; coordination and implementation of necessary repairs and ongoing maintenance with property vendors and contractors; implementation and oversight of protocols for safety and emergency response planning; budgeting, reporting and other general bookkeeping services including CAM/NNN billings; negotiation of lease terms; lease administration (including billing and payments) and the enforcement of lease terms, and occupancy policies and procedures and; construction coordination and supervision on all tenant and capital improvement projects including corresponding with permitting agencies.  In addition to logistical operations, Kenmark consults the owner with regard to establishing and implementing the optimal mix of use and tenant profiles.
