Redwood Shores

This beautiful, 4-story office building had been leased to a single tenant, for their worldwide corporate headquarters. When this tenant relocated its operation to Europe, the ownership engaged Kenmark to refurbish and reposition this valuable asset. Located at the entrance to Redwood Shores, one of the Bay Area’s most prestigious corporate addresses, this building had the benefits of a great location, but was in need of a business plan that combined cost control with an aggressive re-leasing strategy. In response, Kenmark implemented building improvements to bring the property back to its original luster, and created a building identity, supported by sophisticated web-based marketing materials prominently hosted on Kenmark’s website.
