Seller’s Representation:

  • Assisting seller with market research to establish realistic price expectations, and recommending improvements when advisable.
  • Advising the seller in establishing a list price, and publishing the listing in the MLS.
  • Developing and implementing creative marketing strategies including online and print media, as well as online and in person social networking.
  • Helping seller prepare for showings, including coordinating of repairs or improvements and decisions about staging.
  • Tracking prospective buyer and agent contacts, providing daily activity reports to seller.
  • Working with seller to review and negotiate offers, and facilitating the execution of a purchase contract.
  • Coordinating the transaction logistics, milestones and timelines. 

Buyer’s Representation:

  • Helping buyer establish a realistic budget based upon various criteria
  • Identifying and coordinating viewings of properties that meet buyer’s criteria
  • Drafting purchase offers on behalf of buyer.
  • Working with seller to review and negotiate offers, and facilitating the execution of a purchase contract.
  • Coordinating the transaction logistics, milestones and timelines.
