  • Budgeting, reporting and other general accounting and bookkeeping services including CAM/NNN billings
  • Negotiation of lease terms
  • Lease administration (including billing and payments) and the enforcement of lease terms, and occupancy policies and procedures
  • Construction coordination and supervision on all tenant and capital improvement projects including corresponding with permitting agencies
